a) Food and Beverages: Packaged foods, dairy products, meat, grains, spices, and alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages.
b) Agricultural Products: Fertilizers, animal feeds, seeds, and soil samples.
c) Chemicals and Industrial Products: Detergents, paints, adhesives, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and petroleum products.
d) Building Materials: Cement, concrete, steel, timber, tiles, and roofing materials.
e) Plastics and Polymers: Pipes, packaging materials, plastic containers, and rubber products.
f) Electrical and Electronic Items: Batteries, cables, appliances, and lighting products.
g) Textiles and Leather: Fabrics, garments, footwear, and leather products.
h) Medical Devices: Gloves, syringes, surgical masks, and other hospital equipment.
i) Environmental Samples: Air, water, soil, and waste samples for pollution and quality assessment.
j) Fuel and Energy Products: Gasoline, diesel, LPG, and other energy-related products.

The cost of testing your product depends on the specific parameters being analysed. Pricing is done per parameter and typically ranges between KES 500 and KES 3,000, depending on the complexity of the test. For an accurate quote, please share the details of your product and the tests required.

Are KEBS test reports recognized worldwide?
Yes, KEBS test reports are internationally recognized because the laboratories are ISO/IEC 17025 accredited. The SANAS accreditation number is T0705 for Microbiology and Chemistry laboratories and T0718 for Materials laboratories.
